Basic Policy Concerning the Handling of Personal Information

We recognize the importance of personal information and comply with laws, regulations, company regulations, etc., concerning personal information, and by appropriately acquiring, using, and managing personal information that our company handles in all of our company's business activities, we protect customers' personal information.

1. Appropriate Acquisition
We will acquire personal information by legal and fair means.

2. Clarification of the Purpose of Use
When acquiring personal information, we will clarify the purpose of use and if provision to a third party is planned, we will do so within an appropriate scope upon clarification of the purpose, scope, etc.

3. Restriction of the Unintended Use
As for the use of personal information, we will limit to the scope of purpose that we clearly specify in advance and will not use personal information by exceeding the scope of purpose without approval from customers.

4. Protection/Management
We will take strict security measures for the personal information owned, appoint a chief administrator in each department that will handle personal information, and strive for appropriate management of personal information.

5. Inquiries and Revisions
If a customer wishes to inquire, revise, or delete personal information and the customer contacts our correspondence desk, we will supply a response upon confirming the identity of the customer making the request.

2. Purpose of the Use of Personal Data
The personal data in our possession will be used for the entire operations of accommodations, banquets, wedding, restaurants, and the sale of goods (including communication, sending materials, arrangements, and billing), as well as conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The use of personal data to send direct mails will be conducted only to customers who informed us of their willingness to receive direct mails, and the use of personal data to distribute e-letters will be conducted only for registered customers.

3. Shared Use
We will share and use only part of the customer information as follows:

1) Items of the customer information to be shared and used
Customers’ names, addresses, and genders, as well as the information required in providing services for accommodations, banquets, wedding, restaurants, and the sale of goods.

To be used for the entire operations (including communication, sending materials, arrangements, and billing), as well as conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

4. Procedure to Meet the Request for Disclosure
If we receive a request for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, revision, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and erasure of our owed personal data in our possession (hereafter referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”) from the person or his/her proxy, we will respond within a reasonable period and range as follows upon confirming the identity of the person making the request. Please contact us at our Personal Information Protection Center described in 6 below.

1) Notification of the purpose of use
If a customer wishes to receive notification of the purpose of use of the customer’s information in regard to personal data in our possession, we will report it within the reasonable period and range upon confirming the identity of the person making the request.

2) Disclosure
If a customer wishes disclosure of the customer’s information in regard to personal data in our possession, we will respond to it within the reasonable period and range upon confirming the identity of the person making the request.

3) Revision, addition, and deletion
If a customer wishes to revise, add, or delete the customer’s information in regard to personal data in our possession and if there is factually inaccurate information, we will revise, add, or delete the information within the reasonable period and range upon confirming the identity of the person making the request.

4) Suspension of use and erasure
If a customer wishes to suspend the use of or erase the customer’s information in regard to personal data in our possession, we will suspend the use of or erase it within the reasonable period and range upon confirming the identity of the person making the request.

*The method to request for Disclosure, etc.
1. Please call our Personal Information Protection Center described in 6 below and state your desire for disclosure of personal information and your contact information (current address and phone number).

2. The person in charge at our company will send the Application for Change in Handling Personal Information to you by mail.

3. Please fill out the Application for Change in Handling Personal Information, enclose a copy of your certificate (any one of driver’s license, health insurance card, or passport) that can confirm your identity and a 500-yen stamp as the fee, and send them to our Personal Information Protection Center by mail.
*Please be careful because we cannot respond to a disclosure request if the fee is not paid.

4. After confirming the desired disclosure of information, we will respond within the reasonable period and range by mail.

5. Fee
We collect 500 yen as the fee for the request for Disclosure in 4 above.

6. Reception Desk for Complaints
With regard to complaints about handling of personal data in our possession, our Personal Information Protection Center accepts them.
